A deposit of 50% per room per night is required on all reservations. The deposit must be received within Four (4) days of the Reservation to confirm the booking. A Reservation cancelled before 9.30am, on the Seventh (7) day prior to the Reservation date, the booking is transferable to another date, or the deposit is refundable less a handling charge of Ten (10%) percent. A Reservation cancelled within Seven (7) days prior to the Reservation date, the Deposit is Non Refundable and Non Transferable to another date.
All deposits will be Non Refundable for a Reservation if the booking party does not arrive on the Reservation date. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time and refund all deposit money for that Reservation.
